The Brief
Following the success of our Spooky Barn Halloween walkthrough experience in October, our client was keen to re-format the Magical Santa Experience in the same way – what did we think?
What We Did
We leapt at the chance to create a cosier, more intimate Santa experience. Much would stay the same about the overall event – audiences could enjoy free play time and refreshments in the North Pole village area as well as the fantastic tractor and trailer rides to meet the estates’ herd of red deer – but the Father Christmas encounter would now become a walkthrough experience within a new narrative. We were keen to tie the narrative to the rest of the experience so created a Great Reindeer Mystery in which audiences helped Holly Berry and Rudolpho prepare the reindeers ready for Santa on Christmas Eve. Audiences were able to meet Santa to tell him all about their reindeer adventure and to have a memorable moment with him as a family!
The Result
The event ran extremely smoothly and the new format worked brilliantly. Audience feedback was excellent – with one family memorably preferring our experience to a famous national North Pole event…!
