The Woodland Trust
Rusticus have been working with our friends at The Woodland Trust since 2017, and have delighted in discovering both the beautiful woodlands at Skipton Castle Woods and The Smithills Estate whilst helping to celebrate the planting of a new young people’s forest at Mead, Derbyshire! The Woodland Trust is the UK’s largest woodland conservation charity with over 500,000 supporters, 1000 sites and 26,000 hectares all over the UK. Their vision is a UK rich in native woods and trees, for people and for wildlife, and they recently unveiled ambitious 10 year plans to rekindle people’s connections with ancient woodlands. Rusticus are delighted to be part of that vision – with our atmospheric lantern walks, magical springtime events and Wintry Wassailing and are looking forward to exciting future events in 2020 and beyond! Details of forthcoming performances with the Woodland Trust can be found on our Upcoming Events page! Early booking is always advised as these events often sell-out.
